Three Muslim women assaulted, paraded naked over alleged elopement incident

In Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-ruled Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar, three Muslim women were stripped naked, beaten, and paraded around their village. The attack occurred after the son of one of the women was accused of eloping with a girl from another religious background. The attackers filmed the women’s humiliation and circulated it on social media. 

Hindu militants raid mosque in Haryana, demand construction to stop 

In Haryana’s Ambala, Hindu militants joined government officials in raiding a mosque, alleging it to be illegally constructed. They claimed that the site was originally a Hindu crematorium that had been encroached upon to construct a Muslim burial ground and the mosque.

Muslims have accused the BJP government  of selectively targeting their places of worship under the guise of removing encroachments.

BJP leader vacates church, converts it into Hindu community centre

In Chhattisgarh’s Raigarh, BJP leader Anshu Tuteja vacated a church from a building and converted it into a Hindu community centre. Earlier, he had threatened to demolish the church if the officials failed to vacate it within three days.

In Uttar Pradesh’s Kamar, Hindu extremist cow cow vigilantes assaulted two drivers transporting cattle, accusing them of being cow smugglers.

Hindu militant mobs regularly attack Muslims over baseless accusations of committing crimes. These mobs, also known as cow vigilantes, assault and often lynch Muslims accused of transporting cattle or consuming beef.
