They also reported signs of assault, including injuries to his chest and bleeding from his nose and ears.
The incident is the latest in an ongoing trend of violent attacks against predominantly Muslim cattle traders by law enforcement. Earlier this year, multiple injuries occurred on a near-weekly basis due to police firings.
