Republic Day Contest: INDIA’s 72nd REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS

IAMC invites kids and youth (and adults) to take part in our celebrations for India’s 72nd Republic Day.

Participate in our Video Contest, Win exciting prizes !!!

Video Theme- India: Vision 2021 and beyond (pick one from below)

• Future of Indian Republic, in the face of the onslaught of communal forces
• How should common people counter the forces of polarization sweeping the country
• First hand accounts / stories of people helping each other irrespective of religion / caste / region etc
• When and how can the silent majority raise its voice against forces of communalism
• Social media in Modern India: how to prevent it from becoming echo chambers for communal hatred and fake news.

Choose any of the above topics, and make a 2 to 4 minute video speech or story on that and submit by Jan 29, 2021

Entries will be judged in 3 age groups:

– KIDS: Below 8 years
– YOUTH: 9 to 13 years
– Teenagers/Adults: 14 years and above

Participants must mention Indian American Muslim Council’s Republic Day contest at the beginning of video. Videos can be emailed, sent via WhatsApp or shared as YouTube or social media links [WhatsApp/Instagram/YouTube/TikTok]
